Blende Silver Corp. (TSXV: BAG, formerly Blind Creek Resources, renamed Dec 2020) is a Vancouver-based explorer whose 100%-owned Blende Project (260 quartz mining claims, ~5,434 hectares, Mayo Mining District, Yukon) hosts the largest carbonate-hosted silver-zinc-lead deposit in the Yukon. A current NI 43-101-compliant Mineral Resource Estimate (Moose Mountain Technical Services, effective 2021-03-15) reports an Indicated Mineral Resource of 4.6 Mt @ 1.82% Zn, 1.63% Pb, 30.3 g/t Ag (187M lb Zn / 167M lb Pb / 4.5 Moz Ag), plus a much larger Inferred Mineral Resource of 42.2 Mt @ 1.83% Zn, 1.62% Pb, 27.5 g/t Ag (1.7B lb Zn / 1.5B lb Pb / 37.3 Moz Ag) -- the West and East Zones sit ~2km apart along a >6km mineralized corridor. The company received a 5-year Class 3 Quartz Mining Land Use Approval (Jul 2026-2031) and mobilized a maiden drill crew in Aug 2026 to test 3D IP chargeability anomalies in the Central Zone between the two known deposits; no PEA or other economic study has been completed -- the company states it is still working toward commencing PEA-stage work.

Acquisition Susceptibility
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.
How this score is built
- Disclosed pending dealSub-score: Not scored
No pending acquisition or merger disclosed (checked)
Not scored: having no deal in flight isn't held against a company.
Weight 26.25% - Producer's strategic stakeSub-score: Not scored
No producer holds a disclosed stake on file (holder register researched) See holders
Not scored: most juniors that do get bought had no prior toehold, so a missing stake says little either way.

Distance not yet researched: no project coordinates on file
Distance can't be measured without coordinates, so excluded rather than counted as far.

Reports, Presentations & Documents
Despite its name, Blende Silver's main metal by value is zinc: its 100%-owned Blende project, 260 quartz claims covering about 5,434 hectares in Yukon's Mayo mining district, hosts the largest carbonate-hosted silver-zinc-lead deposit in Yukon. A resource effective 15 March 2021 reports 4.6 Mt indicated at 1.82% zinc, 1.63% lead and 30.3 g/t silver, containing 187,000,000 lb of zinc, 167 million lb of lead and 4.5 Moz of silver, plus 42.2 Mt inferred containing 1,706,000,000 lb of zinc. In 2026 the company received a five-year Class 3 mining land-use approval and began its first drilling of induced-polarisation targets in the Central Zone between the West and East zones. No economic study has been completed, and the company says it is working toward starting PEA-level work.
