Infrastructure (40%)No verified figure
Researched with nothing found: no source we could cite confirms or rules out an existing mill, road access, grid power, or tailings facility at Halleck Creek Rare Earths Project (Cowboy State Mine area), Wyoming, USA (checked Sep 26, 2026; recheck due Mar 25, 2027). Counts at a neutral 5/10 until one does.

Acquisition Susceptibility
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.

American Rare Earths is exploring the Halleck Creek rare-earths project in Albany County, Wyoming, which the company believes is the largest rare-earth deposit in the United States by resource tonnage, with its work focused on the Cowboy State Mine area. The November 2025 resource for the Cowboy State Mine area has 1,280,000 t of contained TREO in the indicated category (391.3 Mt at 3,295 ppm), with no measured category, plus 541,251 t inferred; the wider Halleck Creek property totals 2.627 billion tonnes at 3,292 ppm TREO across all categories. A 19-hole, 3,050 m drilling program from May to July 2026 was designed to upgrade the resource and supply geotechnical, environmental and metallurgical data for a pre-feasibility study the company had targeted for the third quarter of 2026, and test work on the preliminary flowsheet has produced a mixed rare-earth oxalate. No economic study has been released yet.
