Apogee Minerals Ltd.
Apogee Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: APMI) is a Saskatchewan-focused Canadian mineral exploration company. Its flagship asset is the Knife Lake Copper Project (~35,255 hectares, 54 claims, ~130km NNW of Flin Flon), a near-surface, stratabound volcanogenic-massive-sulphide-style copper-cobalt-gold-silver-zinc deposit optioned from Trident Resources Corp. in July 2026: Apogee can earn a 100% interest (subject to a 2.5% NSR to Summit Royalties Ltd. and a 1.5% NSR to a private party) for C$400,000 in cash, 7.4 million Apogee shares plus additional shares valued at C$700,000, and C$1,000,000 in exploration spending, all over two years. The property carries a historical (effective 12 Jun 2019) NI 43-101 estimate -- Indicated 3.8Mt at 1.02% CuEq (0.83% Cu / 3.7 g/t Ag / 0.097 g/t Au / 82ppm Co / 1,740.7ppm Zn), Inferred 7.9Mt at 0.67% CuEq -- that neither Apogee nor Trident treats as a current resource, pending further qualifying work. Apogee also holds a 100% interest in the May Lake Project (4,502 hectares in the La Ronge Belt, acquired May 2025 for C$5,000), prospective for VMS Cu-Zn-Pb and intrusion-hosted Ni-Cu mineralization. The company's prior option on the Pine Channel gold property and the adjoining Shasko Bay uranium-gold property (together, an 80%-interest option from Eagle Plains Resources Ltd., less a 2% NSR) terminated effective December 17, 2025, with Apogee retaining no further interest in either property. No current NI 43-101 resource estimate covers any Apogee-held project.
Lifecycle Milestones
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Insiders, Investors & Smart Money
Notable shareholders and insiders whose involvement is worth knowing about, plus what we're seeing from institutional/large-investor activity.
One insider, Jordan Trimble, has bought steadily and repeatedly on the open market — seventeen purchases between March 2023 and October 2024, all small, at prices between C$0.05 and C$0.09, with no sales at all. That is a genuine pattern of personal conviction, but it is one person, and the most recent purchase is from October 2024. Beyond that, no producer, specialist fund or named institution holds a disclosed position and no institutional ownership figure is reported.
