Arrow Minerals Limited (ASX: AMD; formerly Segue Resources Limited, renamed December 2017), based in West Perth, holds four projects: the Niagara Bauxite Project and the Simandou North Iron Project in Guinea, and the Yarraloola Copper and Yarraloola Iron Ore Projects in Western Australia's West Pilbara. Niagara, about 100km from the multi-user Trans-Guinean Railway, is held under an exploration permit granted to Arrow's subsidiary on 17 July 2026 and carries the company's only mineral resource: a maiden JORC estimate announced on 25 March 2025 of 185Mt at 42.3% Al2O3 and 2.7% SiO2, with higher-grade subsets of 138Mt at 44.0% Al2O3 and 48Mt at 48.2% Al2O3, and more than 75% of the tonnage in the Indicated category. A Niagara scoping study is in progress. Arrow completed the acquisition of an 80% interest in Yarraloola Copper in June 2026 and plans a 2026 drilling campaign there after reviewing core from seven historical diamond holes, the best of which, hole YD2, returned 32.7m at 0.7% Cu, 0.3% Pb, 0.4% Zn and 16.3g/t Ag from 54m; it has also enlarged its Pilbara iron ore holding and is planning to drill the Yarraloola iron ore targets. Arrow holds a 33.3% beneficial interest in Simandou North, which is subject to a Guinea Government review of uncertain outcome and timing. Because its only resource is bauxite, Arrow is classed under Other rather than copper. Arrow Minerals is not related to North Arrow Minerals Inc. (TSXV: NAR).

Guinea: scored 4 in line with the other Guinea company on this site with no assets elsewhere (Asara Resources at 4; Predictive Discovery is at 5). Arrow names no flagship, so its country follows its most advanced project, the Niagara bauxite project in Guinea, its only project with a mineral resource; Guinea's evolving mining code, the 2021 military takeover and the government review hanging over Arrow's Simandou North interest weigh on the score. Its Yarraloola copper and iron ore projects in Western Australia are named as context and not blended into the score.

  • Infrastructure (40%)No verified figure

Researched with nothing found: no source we could cite confirms or rules out an existing mill, road access, grid power, or tailings facility at Niagara Bauxite Project, Mamou, Dalaba and Tougue prefectures, Guinea (checked Oct 7, 2026; recheck due Apr 5, 2027). Counts at a neutral 5/10 until one does.

  • Nearby producing mine (20%)Not yet researched

No project coordinates on file yet, so distance to a producing mine can't be measured.

Acquisition Susceptibility

How this is calculated
3.4/10
Unlikely bolt-onFits the takeout profile

A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal in the research, a producer that already owns part of the company, is scored from its disclosed strategic shareholders. A producer that is a joint-venture or earn-in partner on the project, rather than a shareholder, isn't captured yet.
